It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into a Luminous Memory

Transform your treasured photos into a lush, luminous canvas that breathes new life into your most beloved moments. Imagine capturing the essence of nostalgia, as if stepping into a serene hall of memories.

This isn't just any portrait; it embraces the gentle glow and elegant textures akin to classic oil painting, creating an intimate keep-sake. It's ideal for those looking to treasure unforgettable occasions like anniversaries and cherished family reunions.

TL;DR: Craft a radiant visual ode to your favorite memories with the Luminous Memory Wall portrait, the perfect pick for family-focused occasions or memory lovers.

Who savors a memory-worthy moment as art?

The Luminous Memory Wall portrait beautifully suits sentimental souls who cherish trips down memory lane. Whether it's the storyteller grandma or the nostalgic dad, this portrait captivates. Steer clear if you're after avant-garde or ultra-modern designs; this canvas excels in warmth and nostalgia, not futuristic minimalism.

How is your Memory Keeper portrait created?

Start by uploading photos that capture life's sweetest memories. You can then generate a free, no-obligation preview to ensure your portrait aligns with your vision. After preview approval, choose your desired format, ready to adorn your walls with elegance.

Why choose Luminous over generic canvas options?

Unlike standard canvases, the Luminous Memory Wall portrait melds classical oil painting charm with modern personalization. Its unique glow gives life to ordinary photos, transforming them into conversation pieces that whisper stories of the past with a familiar warmth.

Frequently asked questions

What if the photo quality is low? You'll need to upload high-resolution photos for the best results. If your photo is of insufficient quality, the preview will indicate as much, and you can replace it with a better version.
Can I ask for a change after ordering?Yes. Nothing is printed until you approve the artwork. If something needs adjusting, write it in the order note and an artist adjusts it before printing. To try different photos, simply make a new free preview.
Is there a frame? The canvas comes gallery-wrapped and ready to hang, the picture continuing around the edges; there is no separate frame. A digital file is also available.
Can the portrait be used in outdoor spaces? These canvases are best suited for indoor settings due to their delicate materials, ensuring longevity of the vibrant colors and finish.
Can I see a preview before purchasing?

Yes. Upload your photos and create a free preview on this page before deciding whether to order. No payment is required to create the preview.
