It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: Capture the essence of your family with a vibrant custom portrait, perfect for Mother's Day or anniversaries. Ideal for modern family spaces.

Is this family canvas right for your home?

Our family portrait canvas is for families who adore vibrant, modern decor. It's perfect for parents celebrating anniversaries or even friends who consider their fur babies part of the clan. However, if your style leans towards muted or monochrome aesthetics, this might not be your vibe.

How do we turn photos into vibrant family art?

It begins with your cherished photo. Our proprietary tech gives an instant AI face-swap that serves as the base, followed by artist refinement to infuse life-like colors and expressions. We pride ourselves on quality; about 1 in 12 initial generations don’t make the cut because precision matters to us.

What makes our family portraits uniquely yours?

This isn't just another wall art piece. Unlike generic mass-produced canvases, our family portrait is customized from your photo, with themes retired every six months to ensure exclusivity. It's a lively, one-of-a-kind modern masterpiece.
