It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: Crafted for the quilting enthusiast in your life, this personalized portrait captures the essence of quilting with vibrant fabric-like colors, ideal for occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or festive holidays.

Who truly cherishes a Quilting Portrait?

These portraits are perfect for quilters who find solace and expression in their craft, making them ideal for moms, grandmothers, or any dedicated sewing enthusiasts. If quilting means little to the intended recipient, this gift may not resonate as intended—stick to fabric they can feel.

What's the journey from photo to quilted portrait?

Begin by uploading a cherished photo of your quilter in action, then generate a free preview to see how your portrait could look. Only after your approval do you decide to print, ensuring a personalized tribute you truly love.

This isn't just a canvas; it's a tapestry celebrating quilting's tactile beauty. Our portraits uniquely capture the vibrance of threads and patterns, distinguishing them from other generic wall art.
