It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Launch Their Adventures with a Personalized Space Portrait

Is your child dreaming of space travel? Our Little Astronaut Custom Portrait brings those galactic adventures right to their bedroom wall. With its shimmering cosmic backdrop and iconic astronaut suit, this portrait captures the wonder of space exploration.

This isn't just a canvas; it's a gateway to the stars. Whether it's a birthday, holiday, or simply an 'I love you,' this gift speaks to every little explorer's heart.

TL;DR: This personalized astronaut portrait transforms any child's photo into an adventurous space scene — ideal for nurturing young imaginations.

Which Kids Truly Shine in Our Astronaut Portrait?

This portrait is for kids aged 5 to 12, especially those who spend their days gazing at the stars or devouring bedtime stories about space. If your child loves adventure, this could be their window to another world. However, it might not land as well with kids who prefer the fantasy realms of dragons and wizards.

How Do We Turn a Photo Into a Space Adventure?

We start with a photo upload, then AI technology maps the facial features onto our Little Astronaut theme. Our artists refine every detail for accuracy, discarding 1 in 12 results that don't achieve lifelike perfection. Finally, it’s printed onto a sturdy museum-grade canvas.

How Is This Astronaut Portrait Unique?

Unlike generic kid portraits, our Little Astronaut canvas retires every 6 months, keeping it exclusive and rare. Plus, the potential for personalization means it's genuinely one-of-one, with your child's face taking center stage in the cosmonaut scene.
