• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Will it really be our house?

That is the point: the painting follows your photo of the house, its shape, roof, brick or siding, windows and shutters, front door and porch, and the trees beside it. The season and the light come from the design. The free preview shows it before you pay, and an artist can adjust a detail before anything is printed.

Can it say our street and the years?

Yes. Type them on this page, like 27 Linden Street · 1976 – 2026, and they are painted in one line of script under the family, exactly as you type them. Tick “I don’t want any name or text” for a painting with no lettering.

How many photos can I add?

Up to four photos reach the painting, the place included: a photo of two to four people counts as each of them, one photo of five or more counts as one, and a dog or cat added with “Add pet” counts as one. So the place + a photo of a couple + the dog is four. A bigger family fits best in one group photo of five or more.

Can our dog or cat be in it?

Yes. Add a clear photo of the pet with “Add pet”: it is painted with the family, with its own markings. It counts as one of the four photos.

The house is already sold or emptied. Can we still do it?

Yes, as long as you have a photo of it: a phone photo from a visit, the real-estate listing picture, or an old print photographed flat on a table. The painting follows your photo.
