I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into Medieval Valor with a Custom Knight Portrait

Channel the gallantry of medieval times with our Knight in Shining Armor Custom Portrait. Picture yourself or your loved one decked out in polished steel, ready to face whatever quests the day might bring. It’s a look that speaks to the inner hero, reserved yet grand.

These portraits make memorable gifts, especially for those who relish tales of chivalry and adventure, or simply like to imagine themselves as the noble protector. The hues—rich silvers, deep blues, and vibrant reds—pull you straight into a storied past.

TL;DR: This customized Knight in Shining Armor portrait is perfect for men who admire medieval tales or akin to heroic fantasies, ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays.

Who Finds Their Heroic Match in a Knight Portrait?

This portrait is ideal for men who love medieval history, are fans of fantasy novels, or are just young at heart with a penchant for noble tales. It's not the best fit if you're looking for something subtle or if the recipient dislikes themed gifts.

How Do We Forge Your Knight Masterpiece?

Upload your photo, and we handle the rest—using AI for face-swap precision and artists for nuanced touch-ups. Maya, our head of production, insists on quality, so we reject around 1 in 12 drafts to ensure the Knight aura feels genuine before printing on premium canvas.

What Elevates This Knight Portrait Above the Rest?

Unlike off-the-shelf prints, each portrait is a unique creation—once sold out, this knightly theme retires, ensuring your art stays exclusive and cherished. It's not just a portrait; it's a singular piece of art that captures personal valor.
