It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Armoured Elegance: Your Photo as a Knight

Transport your loved one back to medieval times with a personalized canvas where they don the heroic garb of a knight in gleaming armor. From detailed mail to the sheen of polished metal, this piece captures the essence of honor and bravery.

Perfect for those with a passion for history or a penchant for tales of valor, our knight portrait exudes an air of nobility, making it an unforgettable gift for anniversaries or Father’s Day.

TL;DR: The Knight in Shining Armor portrait is perfect for fans of medieval tales and history buffs, making it an ideal gift for occasions like Father's Day and birthdays.

Is a Knight Portrait Right for My Guy?

This portrait is an ideal match for history enthusiasts, fans of chivalric tales, or anyone who sees themselves or loves someone as a modern-day knight. It’s not for minimalists or those indifferent to fantasy themes.

Crafting Your Hero’s Journey

We start with your uploaded photo, applying AI to swap their face into a knight's body, ensuring authenticity and accuracy. Our head of production, Maya Chen, discards about 1 in 12 images if they don't meet our quality standards. After the AI pass, our artists refine details, and the final masterpiece is printed on museum-quality canvas.

Why Our Knights Stand Out

Unlike generic canvas prints, this portrait transforms the everyday into the extraordinary, retiring each design after six months to ensure exclusivity. Our meticulous attention to armor shine and texture gives it a distinctive edge.
