I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Their Homecoming Spirit in Custom Art

Moving into a new home is a milestone worth celebrating, and what better way than with a touch of personal art? Our housewarming custom portraits transform everyday photos into a treasured canvas that radiates warmth and hospitality. Imagine your favorite family photo elevated into an elegant keepsake—that's more than just decoration.

Unlike typical platitudes and store-bought gifts, this portrait offers a personal narrative. It respects the individuality of each home, like capturing the light-breaking through a new window. Perfect for those defining 'home' on their own terms.

TL;DR: Ideal for housewarming gifts, this custom portrait transforms personal photos into elegant canvas art. It brings a heartfelt touch to new homes, serving as a personal story rather than standard wall decor.

Who Welcomes A Custom Housewarming Portrait Best?

This portrait is perfect for first-time homeowners, newlyweds moving into their first shared space, or grandparents moving closer to family. It's a canvas of connection and belonging. Not ideal for those who prefer high-tech gadgetry over heartfelt gifts.

How Does a Housewarming Portrait Come to Life?

Our process starts when you upload a cherished photo. Advanced AI techniques craft a virtual painting, which our artists then fine-tune to perfection. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 renditions are discarded to ensure that the face aligns seamlessly with the new theme. This commitment to detail shines through, especially since Maya, our head of production, is a stickler for face alignment.

How Is This Housewarming Portrait Unique?

Unlike cookie-cutter canvas prints, our housewarming portraits are unique to each customer. The face on canvas is yours alone, ensuring an unmatched personal touch that's perfect for commemorating significant life changes. Plus, each design is exclusive and time-sensitive, as we retire styles to keep them fresh and ensure rarity.
