It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Make Him Scream in Delight — Your Horror Poster

Step into the eerie world of spine-tingling darkness with our Horror Movie Poster Custom Portrait. This isn't just a canvas; it’s a cinematic transformation that pulls him into the chilling atmosphere of his favorite sinister flicks. Think moody palettes, iconic horror elements, and a touch of the macabre.

Perfectly suited for horror enthusiasts, the moody tones and dramatic compositions make it an unforgettable artwork. The distressing details are what bring this piece alive, and make it an exciting conversation starter in any room.

TL;DR: This personalized horror movie poster transforms his photo into chilling artwork. Ideal for horror fans seeking unique, spine-chilling decor.

Who will love being the star of a horror movie?

If he's a fanatic for all things frightful, from classic gory flicks to the latest ghostly tales, this custom portrait is perfect for him. It's a hit for boyfriends who binge horror marathons or dads who thrive on the thrill of Halloween all year round. Maybe skip this one if subtlety is his style—this is bold and in-your-face.

How does your photo become hauntingly awesome?

Your submitted photo undergoes an AI-assisted transformation, swapping faces while applying elements unique to horror’s dark allure. Our artists then refine the details, ensuring expressions maintain character integrity. Our head of production, Maya, insists we discard about 1 in 12 drafts—only spine-chilling perfection makes it to print.

Why is this horror portrait the ultimate fright masterpiece?

Unlike stock horror prints, this is bespoke—a personal haunting on canvas. With your face as the star, it's truly one-of-a-kind. The suspenseful design gets retired after six months, guaranteeing no other will have the same scream-worthy art.
