It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture the Majestic Horse Bond in Canvas

Picture this: you and your beloved horse, framed by the warm glow of a sunlit stable, immortalized in a heartwarming canvas. Our Heart Horse Portrait captures this intimate connection, showcasing the unique relationship that only a horse lover understands. It's not just a picture; it's a celebration of trust, loyalty, and love.

Crafted with precision, each artwork radiates emotion and personal significance. Whether gracing a living room wall or a barn office, this portrait serves as a timeless reminder of those cherished moments spent with your four-legged partner. It's more than art; it's a lived experience brought to life.

TL;DR: A Heart Horse Portrait is perfect for equestrians who want to honor their special bond with their horse. Ideal for birthdays or anniversaries.

Who cherishes a Heart Horse Portrait?

This portrait is the ultimate gift for horse lovers who share a deep connection with their equine companion. It's especially meaningful for riders celebrating special milestones—a second-place finish at the county fair, for instance. Not ideal for those seeking abstract modern art; this is all about celebrating that heartfelt bond.

How does your heart horse become art?

Simply upload your cherished photo of you and your horse, create a free personalized preview, and take your time to ensure everything is perfect before committing to purchase. Once you're satisfied, choose your preferred format, and our skilled artists will handle the rest, delivering a piece that beautifully captures your unique connection.

Why is this horse portrait uniquely yours?

This isn't just another equine art piece. Our Heart Horse Portrait captures the genuine sentiment between horse and rider, something not found in generic art prints. The level of personalization — highlighting subtle details like the shimmer of a mane or the bond in your eyes — truly sets this apart.
