It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: Perfect for couples who cherish cozy nights in, this yarn craft custom portrait turns your shared moment into a heartfelt canvas masterpiece.

Who treasures the yarn-crafted moments?

This custom portrait is perfect for couples who find beauty in the little things, like cozy nights in or quiet mornings. It's also great for knitting enthusiasts or those with a soft spot for crafts and textiles. For those seeking bold or modern art themes, this might not be your top pick.

Why choose this Yarn Craft portrait?

Unlike other themes, this Yarn Craft portrait brings a handcrafted aesthetic that feels both intimate and personal. The tactile appeal of yarn adds depth and warmth, setting it apart from more polished or digitally rendered portraits.
