I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Peace: Your Guardian Angel Canvas

Imagine your loved one surrounded by a heavenly aura, captured in a Guardian Angel portrait. This ethereal theme features gentle light, soft colors, and an angelic halo that evokes tranquility. Perfect for those who believe in protection and guidance.

Whether it's a tribute to a guardian passed or a symbol of divine presence, this portrait offers a serene, loving atmosphere that celebrates the bond between earth and sky — a timeless gift for spiritual souls.

TL;DR: A Guardian Angel custom portrait beautifully honors an individual's spiritual journey, ideal for those who cherish a connection with their guardian spirit on anniversaries or as a memorial piece.

Who Finds Comfort in a Guardian Angel Canvas?

This portrait resonates with those who hold spirituality and symbolism close, like believers and cherishing mothers. Less impactful for someone seeking bold, vibrant art — it's subtle and soothing.

How Do We Craft Your Angelic Keepsake?

Your photo is the heart of this creation. We utilize an AI face-swap for initial accuracy, refined manually by our artists for angelic touches. Our head of production, Maya, admits we sometimes dismiss about 1 in 12, if it lacks the anticipated serene vibe.

Why Is This Portrait a Heavenly Standout?

Unlike typical canvas prints, this piece connects deeply with personal beliefs. It's custom-tailored with exclusive guardian motifs, making each canvas a sacred relic rather than a mass-produced art piece.
