It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate your beloved grandma's life with our 'Grandma in Heaven' custom portrait. Imagine her joyfully depicted among soft, golden clouds, a gentle white angel heralding her timeless spirit. This isn't just a picture—it's a window to where her memory lives in peace.

The portrait embodies a serene essence through rich, vivid colors and delicate celestial details. Crafted for those seeking a profoundly personal way to honor their grandmother, it's more than a gift; it's an eternal keepsake that brings comfort and warmth to the heart.

TL;DR: A heartwarming memorial portrait, capturing grandma in a heavenly setting, perfect for those wanting to honor her memory with deep love.

Who finds comfort in a heavenly portrait of Grandma?

This portrait is perfect for families wanting to keep grandma's memory alive with a serene tribute. It's a touching choice for anyone finding comfort in the thought of their loved ones resting peacefully. However, if you're looking for a more dynamic depiction, something like the Floral Gathering Canvas might be more suitable.

How does the memorial portrait process work?

Start by uploading your cherished photo of grandma. You'll create a personalized preview without any upfront payment. Once you're happy with the preview, choose from our available formats to order. Our use of museum-quality canvas ensures your portrait is vibrant and enduring.

What sets this heavenly portrait apart?

This portrait stands out with its exclusive heavenly theme, capturing the tranquility of an angelic reunion. While other memorials might focus on earthly remembrances, this one uniquely bridges the gap to the serene and celestial.
