I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into Your Magical Alter Ego

Imagine the glow of arcane magic casting shadows across the room as your loved one's eyes meet a portrait of themselves as a Grand Wizard. This isn't just a gift; it's an experience that melds reality and fantasy onto a canvas.

Set in a mystical realm with opulent hues and otherworldly elements, the Grand Wizard Custom Portrait makes any ordinary wall extraordinary. The details in the robe, staff, and spells shimmer with life, capturing the imagination of anyone who dares to gaze.

TL;DR: Capture the spirit of magic and mystery with a custom Grand Wizard portrait, perfect for him on birthdays, Christmas, or any day deserving some enchantment. Uniquely tailored and rich in detail, it's ideal for anyone captivated by wizardry and fantasy.

Is the Grand Wizard persona your perfect fit?

This portrait brings pure magic to those who revel in tales of wizardry. It’s perfect for husbands, dads, or brothers who've always wished to wield a staff of spells. Not ideal for those who prefer reality over fantasy.

Summoning the Wizard: The Art of Crafting Magic

We start by blending your photo into a wizardly setting using advanced AI face-swap technology, with artists then refining every enchanting detail by hand. Our head of production, Maya, notes that roughly 1 in 12 initial works do not pass our quality standards due to intricate details not aligning perfectly.

Why this portrait stands out in a magical niche

Unlike generic wall art, each piece is singularly yours. Its magic is crafted precisely for the recipient, with discontinued themes ensuring you possess an exclusive part of our enchanted collection.
