It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: A personalized canvas gift transforms a simple photo into a timeless piece of art, perfect for celebrating special occasions or everyday memories.

Who Would Love A Personalized Canvas?

This canvas is perfect for anyone who cherishes memorable moments in a unique form. It's a hit among art lovers, sentimental souls, and individuals seeking to immortalize their favorite snapshots in an elegant fashion. However, if you're looking for standard stock art, this may not be your ideal choice.

How Does the Portrait Process Work?

Your journey begins with submitting a photo of your choice. From there, we use AI to initiate the artwork but bring in our skilled artists to add the fine details that machines miss. We reject about 1 in 12 mock-ups to ensure that only the best translates onto our museum-quality canvas. It's all about perfection and making your memories sing.

Why Choose Our Custom Canvas Over Others?

This isn’t a mere snapshot on canvas; it's an artistic journey that transforms a memory into a masterpiece. Unlike generic photo prints, we retire each design after six months, assuring exclusivity and a truly personalized touch to every piece.
