It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Embrace the Shadows in Your Gothic Tale

Step into a world where shadows tell the story and families are elegantly cast in a haunting light. Our Gothic Graveyard Family Portrait captures the mysterious charm of a mist-laden evening among ancient tombstones, adding a touch of elegant morose beauty to your wall.

Imagine your loved ones depicted in the soft, twilit ambiance of a forgotten cemetery, where every silhouette whispers tales of yesteryears. This is not just a portrait—it's a scene evoking deep emotion and timeless aesthetics.

TL;DR: A hauntingly unique custom Gothic Graveyard family portrait — perfect for Halloween enthusiasts looking to capture their family in an eerie but beautiful style.

Who Thrives in a Gothic Setting?

This portrait is tailor-made for families who revel in the mysterious and macabre, perhaps those who love Halloween or Gothic aesthetics. It might not be the best fit for those who prefer light and airy decor — this portrait thrives in the shadows.

What Mystical Alchemy Forms Your Gothic Portrait?

Our process begins with your photo, seamlessly transforming it via AI into a gothic creation. But the true magic lies in the hands of our artists who refine every detail, ensuring faces echo with life against a somber graveyard backdrop. Interestingly, Maya, our head of production, notes we discard about 3 in 20 portraits due to AI discrepancies, ensuring only the finest make it to your wall.

Why Choose Our Gothic Over a Generic Portrait?

Unlike a basic family portrait, this one immerses you in an evocative graveyard setting, making it unique for those who cherish dark elegance. Plus, we refresh themes every six months, keeping your portrait exclusive and timeless.
