It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Family Moments Into Gothic Elegance

Step into a world where shadow and mystery reign supreme. Our Gothic Estate Custom Portrait captures your family's essence amidst the opulent aura of a grand estate. The interplay of rich, dramatic hues and unsettling elegance crafts a masterpiece that's both timeless and intense.

Flattering to those who appreciate romance with a touch of darkness, this portrait is for families who see beauty under the moonlit skies and echoing hallways. It's as if the Brontë sisters themselves composed your family's image within paper walls.

TL;DR: This Gothic Estate portrait transforms your family photo into a moody masterpiece. Perfect for families who revel in the dramatic and appreciate gothic allure.

Which Families Will Love a Gothic Touch?

Our Gothic Estate portrait is perfect for families who relish a dark yet elegant aesthetic, often fans of gothic literature and classic horror films. Families with young children or minimalistic tastes might not find this style aligns with their decor sensibilities.

How Do We Craft Your Estate Portrait?

Your uploaded photo undergoes an AI-driven process to capture the depth and details, followed by artist refinements to weave in the gothic estate backdrop. About 1 in 12 initial generations are discarded due to face mismatches, ensuring only the finest results make it to canvas.

What Makes This Gothic Portrait Unique?

Unlike mass-produced prints, each Gothic Estate portrait is one-of-a-kind, merging your family’s likeness with a unique gothic environment. We update the themes regularly to keep each collection rare and exclusive.
