It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Pet's Photo into Art

Your pet's story is more than just a photo—it's a journey of snuggles, mischief, and unwavering companionship. Our custom pet portrait keepsake immortalizes these treasured moments into a stunning artistic canvas. Think paws, vibrant fur, a favorite toy captured forever.

Forget ordinary snapshots; embrace a unique canvas that radiates the warmth of your bond, with every tiny whisker and playful eye sparkling back at you. Ideal for adding cheer to that empty living room wall or gifting to fellow pet lovers who understand the joy.

TL;DR: Capture your pet's charm with a custom portrait keepsake, perfect for celebrating adoption anniversaries or Gotcha Days. Personalized artwork on premium canvas.

Who Celebrates with a Pet Canvas Keepsake?

Perfect for devoted pet parents celebrating milestones like adoption anniversaries or Gotcha Days. It's also an excellent gift for those who relish displaying their furry friend's personality at home. If loud modern art is more your style, you might find our softer canvas art not quite the match.

How Is Your Pet's Portrait Perfected?

Each portrait begins with your cherished photo, seamlessly transformed by advanced AI before skilled artists fine-tune the details. We've learned to discard about 1 in 15 generations to maintain quality, because sometimes, even technology misses the mark of your unique pet's personality.

Why Choose Our Keepsake Over Others?

Unlike generic canvas prints, each pet portrait is a true one-of-a-kind, specifically tailored to preserve your pet's individuality. No two fur patterns are alike, and neither are our portraits. We focus on each whisker and tail wag, ensuring a lifelike embodiment exclusive to the canvas.
