It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

The Golden September Afternoon Custom Portrait captures this serene magic, transforming your cherished photo into a canvas masterpiece that feels like a walk through blooming petals at sunset.

Our artists are adept at infusing each portrait with the delicate interplay of soft sunlight filtering through a sea of vibrant blossoms. Such details make this portrait an exquisite gift for those who love the serene beauty of nature, ideal for special occasions like birthdays, Mother's Day, or anniversaries.

TL;DR: This custom portrait artfully transforms your photo into a serene Flower Garden scene, suited for nature-loving friends, family, or as a peaceful home decor piece.

Who Thrives in a Flower Garden Portrait?

Golden September Afternoon Custom Portraits are perfect for nature lovers, those who revel in peaceful garden settings, and individuals celebrating a new chapter in life. If you prefer dynamic themes like superheroes or action, this might not be the right pick.

How Does the Custom Flower Garden Creation Work?

Upload a clear photo of her, type her favourite flowers, and see the free preview of her painted in her garden. If you order, an artist checks the portrait and nothing is printed until you approve it.

How Does This Floral Art Stand Out?

Unlike generic flower-themed art, this portrait focuses on capturing the unique glow of a specific moment—a golden September afternoon. It's not just about flowers; it's about the nostalgia and warmth of transitioning seasons, making your photo come alive on canvas.

Frequently asked questions

Will it look like her?She is painted from your photo, so her face, hair, age and glasses carry over. Use a clear photo where her face is easy to see. The free preview shows the result before you pay, and an artist checks the portrait before anything is printed.
Can you paint her favorite flowers?Yes. Type them in the "Her favorite flowers" box (any flowers, with their colors) and the free preview paints them in her basket and her garden. Leave it empty to keep the flowers shown.
Can I ask for a change after ordering?Yes. You approve the artwork before anything is printed. If something needs adjusting, ask for a revision on your order page and an artist makes it before printing.
Canvas or digital? Both are offered: a cotton canvas ready to hang, or the digital file, available right after checkout. For canvas, check the live delivery estimate at checkout.
Can I see a preview before purchasing?

Yes. Upload your photos and create a free preview on this page before deciding whether to order. No payment is required to create the preview.
