It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Perfect for those with a love of timeless beauty, it adorns any room with a touch of Renaissance grandeur.

The Golden Empress portrait suits those looking to immortalize someone with an air of dignity and elegance. The intricate details of the veil, combined with the warm brilliance of the canvas, create an aura that's both regal and inviting, far beyond any ordinary photograph.

TL;DR: This Golden Empress with Veil portrait is for anyone wanting to celebrate elegance and majesty — ideal for personal milestones, like birthdays or anniversaries.

Who Will Shine as a Golden Empress?

This portrait suits individuals who adore classic beauty and regal aesthetics. Ideal for moms who cherish an air of sophistication, or brides celebrating their golden jubilee. Not the best choice for those preferring minimalist or contemporary styles — this is for people who want to stand out.

The Craft of Creating Your Golden Empress

Your journey to becoming a Golden Empress begins with a photo upload. Through the magic of AI face-swap and an artist’s touch, we craft a refined masterpiece. Some portraits, about 1 in 12, don't meet our standards and are restarted. The final artwork is printed on museum-quality canvas to immortalize your elegance.

Why Choose the Golden Empress Over Any Other?

Unlike mundane prints, this portrait is a one-of-a-kind creation. Each Golden Empress portrait is tailored uniquely, ensuring exclusivity. We retire themes after six months, enhancing rarity and maintaining the allure of your royal alter ego.
