It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Ideal for those magical moments shared with a canine companion, the canvas draws you into a world crafted from soft hues and gentle brushstrokes. This is more than a portrait; it's a narrative of friendship, loyalty, and the kind of love that stands timeless, captured right there in your living room.

TL;DR: Gift a heartwarming 'Me and My Dog' portrait that transforms your photo into a dreamy keepsake. Perfect for birthdays, Christmas, or just because for any girl and her dog-loving soul.

Who treasures a 'Me and My Dog' canvas?

This portrait speaks to those who cherish their canine camaraderie — whether it's a daughter with her first dog or a young woman with a lifetime companion. It's less about the girls who prefer cats (they might not vibe with this one), and more for those with a dog-loving spark.

How do we craft your dog-lover dreamscape?

Upload your favorite photo, see an instant preview free of charge, and no strings attached. Once it captures that special vibe, decide on the ideal finish and size directly from the live selection to transform your snapshot into an enchanting art piece.

Why is this portrait not just any canvas?

Unlike run-of-the-mill dog portraits, this canvas wraps your bond in a storybook whimsy that feels both intimate and fantastical. It's the childhood fairytale version of your very real and cherished bond.
