It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Home into a Canvas of Memories

Step into the art of home with our Cozy Family Gathering Canvas. Designed to embody the nuances of a family's new journey, this canvas turns an ordinary house photo into a warm narrative of domestic bliss. It's more than just art — it’s a snapshot of the lives unfolding within.

The palette leans on earthy warmths — perfect for matching any ambient living space. Forget generic art pieces; this one layers in the backdrop of your life’s stage. Whether you're showcasing the first snowfall in the yard or the golden light of a summer evening, each piece is a tribute to the moments that matter most in a new home.

TL;DR: Our Cozy Family Gathering Canvas is perfect for new homeowners cherishing their first moments in a new space. Ideal for housewarmings and family gatherings.

Who treasures a NewHome portrait?

This canvas makes a cherished gift for new homeowners ready to fill their walls with warmth and memories. It's especially ideal for families who emphasize the emotional roots they've planted in a new location. However, it might not suit those who prefer more abstract or non-personalized decor.

How do we craft the perfect home ambiance?

We start with your home's photo, applying advanced AI to enhance every cozy detail, then refining the image by hand. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures that every 1 in 12 generations gets reevaluated if the face or structure doesn't align perfectly. The final product is a museum-quality canvas designed to last.

What sets our NewHome canvas apart from others?

The Cozy Family Gathering Canvas isn’t just another wall hanging. Unlike mass-produced prints, ours is a one-off piece perfectly anchored to your home. It’s retired after six months, ensuring exclusivity and rarity in your collection.
