It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?

• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Unleash Your Pet's Ghost Hunter in Style

Ever wondered how your cat or dog would look chasing ghosts? With our Ghost Hunters Halloween Pet Portrait, you can transform your pet into a whimsical ghost hunter!

Think ghostly apparitions, vintage ghost-hunting gear, and your furry friend at the center of supernatural mischief. This is where spooky meets playful, with a palette of ethereal blues and haunting greys to bring your pet's new spooky persona to life. Ideal for Halloween enthusiasts and brave pets ready to take on the spectral world!

TL;DR: A ghost hunter's dream come true on canvas — a custom Halloween portrait that turns your pet into a paranormal investigator. Perfect for Halloween enthusiasts and pet parents who love a spooky adventure.

Which Pets Rock the Ghost Hunter Vibe?

This portrait is perfect for pet parents who thrive on all things spooky — think Halloween fanatics or those with a penchant for the supernatural. If your dog or cat brings as much mystery as Scooby Doo, this is your match. But if your tastes lean more towards the serene and traditional, this might not be your canvas.

Summoning Your Pet's Ghostly Alter Ego

Starting from a high-res photo you provide, we digitally transform your pet into a ghost hunter. Our AI handles the initial transformation, and then a real artist steps in to refine the details, ensuring your pet's expression is just right. Fun fact: about 1 in 10 attempts get reworked until we capture the perfect essence. Finished pieces are printed on museum-quality canvas.

What Sets This Halloween Portrait Apart?

Unlike generic pet portraits, this is a supernatural saga captured on canvas. Each piece is made to order, retiring after the season to keep your artwork distinct and rare. Don't just hang a picture; showcase a piece that captures your pet's inner ghost buster.
