It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform into a Galactic Fleet Officer

Imagine yourself commanding a starship, set against the awe-inspiring vastness of space. This isn't just another portrait; it's your ticket to the cosmos. Suitable for sci-fi fans and adventurers, each piece is finely crafted to make you or your loved ones feel like they're part of the fleet.

Featuring cosmic backdrops with vivid star clusters and nebulae, this portrait aims to capture the grandeur of space exploration. It's perfect for those who’ve always thought they were born a few centuries too early.

TL;DR: Perfect for sci-fi fans and dreamers, this custom portrait places you as a Galactic Fleet Officer in a universe of stars. Ideal for birthdays or any cosmic celebration.

Who should order a Galactic Fleet Officer portrait?

This portrait is ideally suited for sci-fi enthusiasts and anyone with a penchant for space adventures. Dads who live for Star Wars marathons, or your best friend who's always quoting Captain Kirk, will love it. Maybe less ideal if your gift recipient prefers Medieval Times over The Jetsons.

How do we create your star-worthy portrait?

After you upload your photo, we employ advanced AI algorithms for the initial transformation. It’s then handed off to our talented artists who perfect every detail — from the glint in your eye to the insignia on your space suit. Our head of production, Maya, insists on rejecting about 1 in 12 drafts to ensure quality before printing onto a museum-quality canvas.

What makes our Galactic Fleet Officer prints stellar?

Unlike generic space-themed prints, this remains a personalized masterpiece. No two portraits are alike — your face, your expression, your galaxy. We retire themes every 6 months, making early editions rare.
