I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Immortalize Your Most Cherished Moments in Style

There’s nothing quite like turning a special memory into a unique work of art. This Custom Portrait is tailored for those who wish to capture a deeply personal moment in an extraordinary way. Whether displayed in a living room or gifted to someone you hold dear, it serves as a timeless reminder of cherished times.

Our portraits utilize a sophisticated process blending cutting-edge technology with a human touch, ensuring the final product is as heartfelt as the memory it depicts. This piece enthralls with every glance, its vibrant colors and lush details transforming a beloved photo into a masterpiece that stands the test of time.

TL;DR: Capture cherished memories with our bespoke Custom Portrait. Perfect for heartfelt gifts on birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions.

Is a Canvas Right for You?

This is the ideal pick for grandparents celebrating milestones or anyone wanting to capture a special family moment in artistic detail. If minimalism's your jam, though, you might find this grandeur a bit hefty. Crafted for those who revel in displaying their family’s narrative proudly.

Crafting the Perfect Masterpiece

The journey begins with uploading your cherished photo. We use AI for initial face-swapping, followed by artistry from our team. Our head of production, Maya, ensures each image meets our standard by rejecting nearly 8% of AI renders for refinement. Finally, your portrait graces a 300GSM museum canvas, adding life to your walls.

Why Choose Our Custom Canvas Portrait?

Unlike a run-of-the-mill photo print, each portrait is a one-off that melds personal memories with artistic brilliance, unavailable anywhere else. By retiring designs every six months, we keep your portrait truly exclusive.
