It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Craft Your Story on Canvas with a Unique Twist

Weaving personal history into a single frame, the 'custom portrait' captures life's moments in unparalleled detail. Think timeless, beyond the ordinary — yours in vivid color and texture on premium canvas, perfect as a unique memento.

Designed to be a captivating display in any setting, this portrait offers a blend of modern art with a personalized twist. Open up a conversation, share your tale, and let your portrait become a cherished heirloom over the years.

TL;DR: This custom portrait transforms your personal photo into an exceptional piece of art on canvas, ideal for celebrating significant life milestones or simply immortalizing cherished memories.

Who Finds Magic in a Tailored Canvas Portrait?

This custom portrait is fitting for those who appreciate individuality and want to commemorate special occasions. It's fantastic for couples looking to mark anniversaries or parents celebrating milestones like a high-school graduation. However, if you're looking for quick digital prints with no personal involvement, this may not align with your expectations.

From Photo to Canvas: How is the Story Told?

We start with your uploaded photograph, which is then subject to an AI-based face swap for initial processing. Skilled artists refine the result, ensuring a cohesive, finely-tuned final product. Our head of production, Maya, insists on discarding 1 in 12 artworks that don't meet quality expectations, guaranteeing each is flawless before printing on canvas.

Why Choose Our Custom Canvas for Capturing Emotions?

Unlike other generic prints, this canvas is tailored specifically to encapsulate your personal memories. We retire themes after six months, maintaining exclusivity and ensuring your art remains unique and personally meaningful over time.
