I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bring Your Favorite Photos to Life on Canvas

Looking to bring a cherished memory to life with a dash of creative flair? Our bespoke photo-to-portrait service is here to turn your everyday photos into stunning canvas art, tailor-made for those one-of-a-kind gifts and personal keepsakes.

Using state-of-the-art technology and a touch of artistic magic, each portrait is transformed into a unique masterpiece. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, or Christmas, every canvas tells a story, yours to cherish forever.

TL;DR: Transform any photo into a custom-themed portrait perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and more. Ideal for those seeking personalized, unforgettable gifts.

Who Embraces This Unique Portrait Theme?

This portrait is a delightful choice for those who treasure personal gifts—the ones who value thoughtfulness over everything. It's an exceptional fit for milestone celebrations such as anniversaries or those simply looking to give their decor a personal touch. However, if you're seeking a generic art piece without sentimental value, this probably isn't for you.

How Does Your Photo Become Art?

Start by uploading your chosen photo. Our advanced AI performs an initial face-swap into your selected theme, ensuring a seamless blend. Then, our artists refine each image to perfection, discarding about 1 in 12 attempts that don't satisfy our standards. The result? A vibrant masterpiece on museum-grade canvas.

Why Choose This Custom Portrait Over Others?

Unlike generic canvases, each piece we create is a one-of-a-kind portrait, never produced in bulk, ensuring that no two pieces are alike. Our themes are fresh and rotate every six months, maintaining a sense of rarity and exclusivity.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?
