I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Let Your Photo Tell a Story with Sophisticated Canvas Art

There's something inherently special about seeing your loved one's essence captured in art. With our Premium custom portrait, you're not just printing a photo; you're telling a story on canvas. This isn't about flashy themes. It's about intimate moments distilled into museum-quality art.

Imagine your favorite memory, whether a quiet afternoon or a jubilant celebration, now hanging beautifully in your living room. The muted tones and refined textures of our canvas elevate your photo beyond simple digital copies. It's personal. It's your life in brushstrokes.

TL;DR: Our Premium custom portrait turns your cherished photo into a canvas masterpiece, ideal for deep moments like anniversaries or quiet reflections anytime.

Which Special Occasions Call for a Personalized Canvas Art?

This portrait is perfect for those who cherish personal stories: parents celebrating quiet milestones, couples looking back on shared memories, or anyone who prefers subtlety over spectacle. It might not fit those who love bold, thematic designs — if that's your style, you might prefer our Superhero themes.

How Do We Craft Your Photo into Canvas Art?

We begin with your photo, crafting its digital form before AI seamlessly swaps the face onto a custom model. Our artists improve the details, discarding about 1 in 12 attempts that don't meet our standards. The final piece is printed on museum-grade canvas, signed off by our head of production, Maya.

What Sets This Personalized Canvas Apart from Regular Prints?

This isn't just another photo canvas. It's a finely tailored piece of art. Unlike many generic canvases, we craft each piece with care, preserving your photo's unique emotional quality and making each portrait truly personal.
