I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Preserve Memories on a Canvas with Depth

Capture life in its truest form. With our Premium Custom Portrait from Photo, your favorite moments aren’t just printed; they’re immortalized with artistry. The vibrant, rich details create a snapshot that’s as unique as your experiences.

Whether it’s the warmth of family or the joy of celebration, our canvas brings depth to every emotion. Don’t just hang a picture, hang a story.

TL;DR: A stunning personalized canvas art capturing your special moments, perfect for life's milestones and those who cherish vivid memories.

Who cherishes vivid, personal scenes on canvas?

This portrait is ideal for sentimental types who value personal touches, like parents cherishing family milestones or couples celebrating anniversaries. If your style leans more toward abstract or digital art, this may not truly resonate.

What makes this hands-on creation unique?

Your journey begins by uploading a photo. We employ advanced AI to swap faces, followed by skilled artist refinements. About 1 in 12 photos don’t make the cut because the face isn’t right, but the ones that do are truly spectacular on museum-quality canvas.

Why choose this canvas over generic options?

Unlike generic prints that repeat designs, this canvas is one-of-a-kind. It’s your face, your moment, your story, uniquely captured and never duplicated — that’s how we keep it as personal as possible.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?

Is the canvas durable?Yes, we use museum-quality materials designed to last a lifetime with proper care.
What themes can I choose from? Our selection is broad: from Superhero to Cowboy, there's something for everyone. If the Classic won’t do, the Cowboy style might speak to you.
