I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Immortalize Your Image in a Custom Canvas

Step into a world where your cherished photo becomes a timeless work of art. Our custom photo portraits transform everyday snapshots into museum-worthy canvases. Designed for those moments that deserve more than a digital memory, these pieces capture emotion and detail like no other.

Birthed from your favorite photos, our canvases offer lush textures and vibrant colors that breathe life into any room. Whether it's a heartfelt gift for a loved one or a personal indulgence, this premium canvas exudes quality and sophistication.

TL;DR: This custom photo portrait canvas shines for those wishing to immortalize a favorite image. Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, or any heartfelt occasion where a personal touch makes all the difference.

Who Thrives with a Custom Photo Portrait?

This portrait suits individuals who cherish personal keepsakes — perhaps a mom wanting to preserve a family memory or a couple celebrating a milestone anniversary. However, it may not suit someone seeking abstract or impersonal decorations; this is deeply personal art.

How Is Your Photo Turned Into Classic Canvas Art?

Upload your photo and receive a compelling, real-time preview. Our artists then blend AI face-swap technology with hands-on detailing to ensure flawless likeness. Interesting fact: about 1 in 12 initial renderings don’t make the cut because they don’t capture our high standards.

How Does This Portrait Stand Out?

What sets this portrait apart is its exclusivity — unlike mass-produced prints, each one is crafted tailor-made for you. By retiring variations after a specific timeframe, we ensure your piece remains exquisitely rare.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?

Current formats, sizes, prices, available offers and delivery estimates are shown during selection and checkout. Review your preview and choices before ordering. For return and replacement eligibility, read the Return & Refund Policy.
