I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Memories into Art with Custom -Photos

Capture the essence of loved ones with our -Portrait Canvas, where each pixel tells a rich story. Set against a backdrop that accentuates personality, this isn't just a portrait—it's a heartfelt tribute.

Crafted with precise detail, our -Portrait brings out every nuance, using a palette of vibrant colors that engage and captivate. Ideal for those moments when you want to say, ‘I notice you’ in the most artistic way possible.

TL;DR: Our -Portrait Canvas is perfect for those seeking a thoughtful, unique gift to immortalize cherished memories with artistic flair.

Which Givers Truly Appreciate -Portrait Gifts?

The -Portrait Canvas shines brightest for art enthusiasts who appreciate vivid storytelling through visuals. It's perfect if you're looking to make a statement with a unique decorative art piece. However, it might not be the best fit for those who prefer understated décor.

How Do We Carefully Engineer Each -Portrait?

Our process begins with your photo, which undergoes an AI face-swap before an artist meticulously refines every detail. Ensuring quality, about 1 in 12 generations is discarded to achieve the perfect match. What emerges is a museum-quality canvas, ready to dazzle.

Why is This -Portrait Canvas Unrivaled?

Unlike mass-produced prints, each -Portrait is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. We retire our themes frequently to maintain their exclusivity, making sure your canvas remains a unique talking piece for years to come.
