I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Breathe Life into Your Memories with Canvas

The art of preserving memories isn't restricted to photo albums anymore. Imagine your favorite moments artistically transformed into exquisite canvas art.

This option suits those who love personalized gifts that aren't bound by theme but are deeply personal and meaningful.

TL;DR: This product transforms your favorite moments into a cherished canvas portrait. Ideal for anyone seeking an unforgettable personalized gift, whether it's for a birthday, anniversary, or just to freeze a memory in time.

Which Gift-Giver Wants Something Timeless?

This timeless canvas gift is perfect for those celebrating significant life events — milestone anniversaries, landmark birthdays, and memorable family gatherings. However, it might feel too generic for someone looking for quirky or themed artwork like a superhero or historical portrait.

What's in the Craft of the Perfect Canvas?

Once your photo is uploaded, the image undergoes a transformation where AI assists in initial render. Our skilled artists then refine it meticulously before it is printed on canvas. Interestingly, around 1 in 12 renders are discarded to ensure quality.

Why Choose Our Canvas Over the Rest?

Unlike generic canvas prints that anybody can own, our portraits are uniquely yours. We retire popular formats every six months, maintaining exclusivity and value in your personalized creation.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?

Current formats, sizes, prices, available offers and delivery estimates are shown during selection and checkout. Review your preview and choices before ordering. For return and replacement eligibility, read the Return & Refund Policy.
