I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bring Your Memories to Life on Canvas

Envision your treasured moments captured with an artistic flair. Our portraits aren't just pictures—they’re stories brought to life. With each brushstroke, your photo evolves into a vibrant piece of art that resonates with personal significance.

Perfect for those seeking a one-of-a-kind keepsake, these portraits highlight the beauty embedded in everyday memories. Whether it’s that unforgettable summer day or an intimate family gathering, your canvas becomes a portal to emotional storytelling.

TL;DR: Our custom portrait turns cherished photos into a unique, personal canvas masterpiece, ideal for remembering a special moment or event.

Who Should Go for a Custom Portrait?

This portrait is perfect for creative souls and memory-keepers—those who relish preserving life’s milestones. It’s not for someone seeking a simple, off-the-shelf print. Imagine giving this to a friend celebrating a milestone birthday, or a couple cherishing their engagement day.

The Craft Behind Your Personalized Canvas

Each portrait starts with uploading your favorite photo. Our AI performs a face-swap, while artists refine the details, ensuring fidelity to your image. Interestingly, we reject about 1 in 12 drafts—committing to high quality before printing the canvas expertly.

What Sets Our Custom Portraits Apart?

Unlike generic prints, this portrait is entirely your own creation. No one else will have the same artwork, as we retire designs after a set period, ensuring exclusivity, just like owning a limited edition.
