It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Your Memories, Turned into Timeless Canvas Art

Imagine the joy of seeing your cherished photo transformed into a unique piece of canvas art that captures your most treasured memories. Perfect for the modern art lover, these custom portraits aren't just images on a wall — they're personal stories rendered in vibrant artistry.

Crafted with precision and care, each portrait on canvas becomes a centerpiece of reflection and nostalgia. The colors are rich and lifelike, turning your walls into galleries of emotion and artistry. It's a gift that stands above the rest, a modern take on commemorating life's beautiful moments.

TL;DR: A custom photo canvas gift, turning personal memories into stunning art. Perfect for family, friends, and anyone who values memorable, personalized keepsakes.

Who Cherishes a Custom Photo Canvas Gift?

This canvas gift is ideal for anyone who values personalization and art — think families documenting memories or friends celebrating a milestone. It's not for those seeking premade, generic décor; this is for the individualist in your life.

The Artistic Process Behind Each Canvas

First, you upload your favorite photo featuring a cherished person or pet. Our tech smartly swaps faces, followed by artistic refinement detailing by our skilled artists. Maya, our head of production, ensures quality by discarding roughly 1 in 12 attempts to maintain the highest standards before it's printed onto premium canvas. A process that values quality over speed.

Why Choose Our Personalized Canvas Over Generic Options?

Unlike mass-produced prints, our canvases turn personal photos into singular works of art. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind treasure, never replicated, ensuring exclusivity. This isn't just décor — it's your story on display.
