It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

The muted tones and timeless elegance of this portrait make it versatile for any setting, from modern living rooms to cozy bedrooms. Our approach respects your image, adding artistic finesse that's both subtle and distinctive, suitable for intimate memories or grand occasions.

TL;DR: Perfect for celebrating life’s milestones, our personalized photo portrait canvas turns your favorite photo into museum-quality art that suits any special occasion.

Is This Custom Portrait Canvas Right for You?

This custom photo portrait is perfect for sentimental souls who cherish meaningful gifts. Ideal for capturing family moments or celebrating anniversaries, it's for those who appreciate personal touches. However, it might not appeal to someone seeking bold, theme-driven art like our Superhero Canvas.

How Do We Craft Your Photo Canvas?

We start by enhancing your uploaded photo, blending AI face-swap technology with our artists' skills for a flawless transformation. Each piece involves discarding about 1 in 12 generations to ensure the face locks perfectly. Finished with hand-painted details, it's printed on museum-grade canvas for enduring quality.

Why Choose Our Custom Photo Portrait Over Others?

Unlike mass-produced photo prints, this portrait is crafted as a unique artwork. Your image is artistically rendered, ensuring each canvas is distinct and personal. We retire certain designs after six months, keeping your piece exclusive.
