It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: Transform personal photos into a museum-quality canvas art piece, perfect for milestone celebrations like anniversaries or retirements. A unique keepsake for those who cherish memories.

Ideal for Inveterate Memory Keepers — Is This Canvas for You?

This canvas is perfect for individuals passionate about preserving memories in a special way. It’s a heartwarming choice for anniversaries or retirees wanting to commemorate their milestones. Craftsmanship Behind the Canvas — Creating Art from Photos

Our process begins with you uploading your photo. An AI algorithm then swaps faces, handing it over to our artists for refinement. Of every 12 generations, at least one is rejected to maintain quality. The final masterpiece is printed on museum-grade canvas, ensuring longevity.

Standing Out: What Elevates This Canvas Above the Rest?

This isn't a bland template print — it's uniquely yours. Unlike generic canvas prints, your image is artistically tailored, and our themes aren't available forever, adding a layer of exclusivity.
