I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: This premium custom portrait transforms your photo into a timeless canvas art piece — perfect for anyone wanting to capture special moments, from anniversaries to birthdays.

Who cherishes a perfect custom portrait like this?

This custom portrait is perfect for those celebrating significant life moments — from marking an anniversary with a timeless piece to gifting grandparents a bespoke canvas of their grandchildren. However, if you prefer digital formats to physical artwork, this might not be your ideal match.

How do we create your bespoke portrait?

Your portrait journey begins with you uploading a cherished photo. Our AI meticulously aligns the facial features, followed by skilled artists adding hand-refined details. We reject about 1 in 12 generations to ensure the face alignment is flawless. Finally, your masterpiece is printed on a high-quality canvas, ensuring it lasts a lifetime.

Why choose our custom portrait over standard prints?

Unlike mass-produced prints, this canvas art is a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects your personal memories. Our unique process, involving a blend of AI precision and human artistry, ensures every portrait looks as authentic as the original moment. Plus, limited theme availability keeps it rare and personal.
