I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Family's Legacy on Canvas

Embrace the rich tapestry of your family's history with our Five Generations Custom Portrait. This isn't just a portrait; it's a journey through time, reflecting the love and legacy passed down in your family. The impasto oil painting style adds depth, capturing the essence of each generation.

Adorn your walls with a testament of enduring connections, painted with a classic touch on museum-quality canvas. Each brushstroke tells a story, making it an ideal centerpiece for your home or a heartfelt gift for those who hold family close to their heart.

TL;DR: Create a striking Five Generations Custom Portrait that celebrates your family's legacy. Perfect for honoring milestones and special occasions, this personalized canvas gift captures the essence of generational love.

Who cherishes the Generations portrait?

This portrait is perfect for grandparents who revel in family history, or parents wanting to immortalize their heritage for future generations. Not ideal for minimalists who prefer abstract over representational art.

Crafting your Generations Masterpiece

Upload a separate photo of each person, up to six photos (a photo of two people brings both of them). A free preview appears in minutes, with no payment. If you order, an artist checks the portrait, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

How does this portrait stand out?

Unlike generic family portraits, our Five Generations Custom Portrait captures the essence of each generation with an artist's eye for detail. The impasto style gives it a distinct, textured finish that standard prints can't match.
