What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need a photo of the two of us together?

No. Upload one photo of the two of you (the page finds each person in it), or a separate photo of each of you. Up to six photos; the painting holds exactly the people you upload.

Can I use an old photo of us?

Yes. Lay the print flat by a window and take a straight photo of it with your phone, with no glare on the faces. Each person is painted at the age they are in the photo, and faded or black-and-white prints come out in warm, natural colour.

Can three friends be in it, or a man and a woman?

Yes. The scene is drawn for two friends, and the painting follows the photos you upload: three friends, or a woman and her oldest friend who is a man, both work. Use photos where every face is clear; the free preview shows each face before you order.

Will it look like a couple portrait?

No. The scenes are painted with the body language of old friends: side by side, laughing, a hand on an arm. If something should be different, write it in the order note: an artist reads every note, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
