You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

The scene

Shoes off, a record on a moving box, golden light through the bare windows. This First Dance in the New House portrait paints the two of you slow-dancing in your own empty living room among the boxes, painted from a photo of the room: its walls, its windows and its floor, the evening it became yours.

TL;DR: A painting of the two of you slow-dancing in their own empty living room among the moving boxes, painted from your photos: the room from your photo, each person with their own face. Free preview first.

Who it’s for

Partners and parents on move-in day, friends at the housewarming, a sister or a best friend who bought a house on her own, a couple settling into the forever home they waited years for, and real-estate agents giving a closing gift that gets hung, not stored.

How it’s made

Upload a photo of the empty living room on its own, then the two of you and the dog or cat if you like: at most four photos in all (a photo of two people counts as two). A free preview appears in minutes, with no payment. If you order, an artist checks the portrait, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

What makes it different

A house portrait usually paints the house alone. This one paints the people who just got the keys with it, with their own faces: by the SOLD sign, at the open front door, on the floor of the empty living room, in the first snow. The house or the room comes from your own photo, so it is their house, not a stock one.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?

Current formats, sizes, prices, available offers and delivery estimates are shown during selection and checkout. Review your preview and choices before ordering. For return and replacement eligibility, read the Return & Refund Policy.

Frequently asked questions

Will it really be our living room?

Yes: the painting follows your photo of the room, its walls and their colour, its windows, its floor and the fireplace if it has one. Use a photo of the room with nobody in it; the listing photo of the empty room works well. The props come from the design (the mattress and the pizza, the boxes, the record player). The free preview shows it before you pay.

How many photos can I add?

Up to four photos reach the painting, the house included: a photo of two to four people counts as each of them, one photo of five or more counts as one, and a dog or cat added with “Add pet” counts as one. So the house + a photo of a couple + the dog is four.

Can it be just one of us?

The design is made for two. With one person, they are painted alone in the room with a glass raised, laughing. The free preview shows it before you pay.

Can a real-estate agent order it as a closing gift?

Yes. Upload the listing photo of the house on its own, then the clients’ photo, type their names and the month, and see the free preview. At checkout the canvas can be shipped to you or straight to them, and the digital file is ready right after checkout.

Can I see a preview before purchasing?

Yes. Upload your photos and create a free preview on this page before deciding whether to order. No payment is required to create the preview.

Where can I check prices, offers, delivery and returns?
