It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is a Family Reunion Portrait Right for You?

This portrait beautifully suits families who hold their roots dear, especially those who gather regularly at their childhood home. If your family stories revolve around an old homestead, this canvas is your ideal choice. Not recommended for those looking for abstract or modern art styles.

How Do We Turn Memories into Art?

Begin by uploading a favorite photo from your family reunion. We'll generate a complimentary preview for you to review with no obligations. After ensuring it captures the vision you had, order your masterpiece in the desired format shown at checkout.

Why Choose This Portrait Over Other Decor?

Unlike generic family portraits, this canvas imbues the scene with emotional depth by capturing the very place where your family stories unfold — your childhood home. The surroundings, familiar and comforting, become as much a character as the faces captured within.
