It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture the Essence of Family on Canvas

Picture this: a serene family moment captured in an illustration that feels like it jumped right from a fairy tale. Our Family Bond Custom Portrait is no generic print; it's a heartfelt piece featuring calming flora that wraps around your loved ones' likenesses like a cozy embrace.

The soft color palette and delicate line work blend harmoniously, ideal for families who treasure togetherness and appreciate artistic elegance. Whether displayed in the living room or the nursery, it underscores the immovable bond of family.

TL;DR: Capture the warmth and tenderness of family with our custom portrait, perfect for any parent’s heart. Ideal for celebrating intimate family moments and adding a personal touch to home décor.

Which families will treasure this portrait the most?

This portrait speaks to families who value artistic representation — especially parents who cherish those tender moments at home. It's particularly suited for those marking milestones, like a new baby or a family reunion. Families seeking a bold or dramatic style might find our art too subtle.

The truth about how your family portrait comes to life

The process begins with you uploading a cherished family photo. Then, AI works its initial magic, customizing the art style. But we’re not machines — each picture gets the human touch through our artist's expert refinement, ensuring the best representation before being printed on museum-quality canvas. We do reject about 1 in 12 AI generations to keep the faces feeling truly lifelike and accurate.

Why this family portrait stands out from typical prints

This isn't just any canvas print. Unlike mass-produced artwork, each theme is retired after six months to maintain exclusivity. The botanical touches and serene themes we choose are purposefully designed to evoke a sense of peace that generic family prints cannot offer.
