It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Her Into Royalty with Silk Elegance

Picture her as the Empress of the Silk Court, draped in delicately rendered silks, her graceful demeanor matched by the rich opulence of an ancient yet timeless setting. Regal blues, deep purples, and silvery whites dominate the palette, all expertly combined to create a scene of historical elegance.

Specifically tailored for those enchanted by royalty, this portrait evokes the majesty of a bygone era while embedding the modern charm of personalized art. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to step momentarily into the shoes of historical nobility.

TL;DR: Transport her into the world of royal elegance with our Empress of the Silk Court portrait, perfect for women who adore history and splendor. Ideal for anniversaries, birthdays, or any special celebration.

Is a Royal Portrait for Your Favorite Leading Lady?

This portrait is a dream for the woman in your life who's captivated by stories of queens and courts. It's particularly appreciated by those with a penchant for history and love of intricate detail. Not the best choice for someone looking for minimalistic decor or modern styles; this is all about the lavish and the bold.

What Goes Into Crafting a Silk Court Empress?

Our process starts with a photo upload, which undergoes an initial AI transformation. Skilled artists then refine the details, ensuring her likeness captures the empress's spirit. Interestingly, we reject around 1 in 12 initial drafts because they don't meet our strict standards before transferring them onto museum-grade canvas.

Why Is This Portrait Unlike Any Other Royal Canvas?

This isn't just a stock photo with a fancy veneer; it's a one-of-one creation. Her face becomes the canvas's soul, offering a rare and personal touch. Combined with the rarity of the theme, this product stands out in royal personalization.
