It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

How We Craft Your Victorian Dream

Your journey begins by uploading a cherished photo, which undergoes a transformation through AI face-swap technology. Our artists then refine each detail, layering texture and character until it seamlessly blends into the Victorian landscape. We’re meticulous, rejecting about 1 in 12 portraits to ensure perfection.

Why Choose Our Victorian Portrait?

Unlike generic prints, our portraits are individually tailored, ensuring no two canvases are alike. We retire themes after six months, maintaining exclusivity and a unique connection to your recipient's story.
