It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn a Cherished Photo into Royal Grandeur

Elevate your loved one's photo into a masterpiece with our Elegant Gran Custom Portrait. Imagine their delight as they see their grace exquisitely framed with opulent details that speak of timeless sophistication.

Forgo the ordinary and let your photo bask in luxury reminiscent of grand parlors and serene afternoons. This isn't just a canvas, it's a declaration of admiration, perfectly suited for those who appreciate the finer things.

TL;DR: Transform a beloved photo into an elegant gran-themed portrait. Ideal for those who cherish timeless beauty and grace, perfect for birthdays or anniversaries.

Who Thrives in the Gran Portrait Ambiance?

This portrait is the perfect fit for individuals who admire the elegance of a bygone era. Perhaps your grandmother, who has embraced her years with grace and wisdom, or your mother, who deserves to be celebrated in a style befitting a queen. However, it's not for those seeking casual or modern themes — this is for the lover of classic sophistication.

How Do We Capture Gran Elegance?

We start with your uploaded photo and employ innovative AI to map the face seamlessly onto our gran theme template. Then, our artists meticulously refine each detail, ensuring the final product is nothing short of a classic masterpiece. Our head of production, Maya, discards about 1 in 12 creations at the AI step when the face alignment isn't perfect — only the best make it to canvas.

What Sets Our Elegant Gran Portrait Apart?

Unlike generic prints, each Elegant Gran Portrait is crafted with a unique gran theme, offering a one-of-one bespoke art piece. Once a theme graces 200 homes, we retire it to keep your piece exclusive and personal. It’s not just about adding another canvas to a wall; it's about displaying a timeless piece of personal art.
