I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Our Dressage Custom Portrait transforms your photo into this graceful universe, spotlighting the poised connection between you and your equine partner. It's not just a picture; it's a moment frozen in time, a tribute to your dedication and style.

The muted color palette and the sophisticated arena setting are tailored to flatter both rider and horse, making it the perfect centerpiece for any equestrian's home. Unlike other themes, this portrait emphasizes finesse, capturing you in your full dressage glory.

TL;DR: A Dressage Custom Portrait is perfect for horse lovers and riders wanting to immortalize their show-ring moments. Ideal for birthdays or just as a heartfelt gift for yourself or a fellow equestrian.

Who Cherishes a Dressage Portrait?

This portrait is tailor-made for dressage enthusiasts who view riding as both sport and art. It's ideal for seasoned riders and those celebrating a major riding achievement. However, if you're seeking a more laid-back, rustic vibe, you might consider our Trail Ride Custom Portrait.

How is Your Dressage Portrait Brought to Life?

Once satisfied, approve the design to order your stunning canvas print. No set time for preview generation, as each photo requires unique attention.

Why Choose a Dressage Theme Portrait?

Dressage isn't just about competition; it's about elegance, patience, and mutual respect between horse and rider. This canvas captures that essence with its attention to detail and arena backdrop. Unlike basic horse canvases, this piece is attuned to the refined excellence of the dressage world.
