It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step Into Shadows with a Detective Film Noir Portrait

The sultry shadows of a 1940s detective's office come to life with this classic Film Noir custom portrait. Picture your loved one as the protagonist surrounded by a world of secrets, old typewriters, and dim-lit mystery.

This black-and-white masterpiece captures the allure and tension of a bygone era—evoking Sam Spade vibes with every brushstroke. Ideal for those who appreciate a touch of old-school charm and intrigue.

TL;DR: Turn their favorite photo into a dramatic Detective Desk Film Noir portrait, perfect for lovers of classic mysteries or birthdays filled with intrigue.

Who Do Vintage Mysteries Suit Best?

This portrait is a gem for mystery lovers, historians, or anyone with a penchant for vintage films. If your partner's dream night includes a Humphrey Bogart movie marathon, this hits the mark. Probably not ideal for those who shy away from black-and-white aesthetics or prefer colorful modern styles.

Crafting Your Film Noir Scene

A photo upload begins the journey, where AI applies a Film Noir filter and performs a face-swap. Our head of production, Maya Chen, swears by hand-refinements before printing. Out of every 12 generated images, about one might not match quality — those are discarded. We ensure that every canvas feels handmade and unique.

Why Choose This Over Generic Portrait Prints?

Unlike standard canvas prints, this Detective Desk Film Noir portrait is a one-off creation personalized to you. Once a theme plays out, we retire it, keeping your piece exclusivity high and timeless. It's that rare limited-edition artwork made just for you.
