It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Is a Watercolor Horse Portrait Right for You?

This portrait is perfect for equestrian enthusiasts and those who cherish their equine companions. It's a fantastic gift for anyone looking to immortalize their horse in a unique artistic style. However, those preferring hyper-realistic portraits might find the watercolor style too abstract.

How is This Watercolor Magic Created?

Your photo is first digitally enhanced to capture the horse's expression before being transformed with our AI-guided face-swap technology. We refine each piece with hand-painted finishing, ensuring a high-quality, archival-grade canvas. Honest truth? About 1 in 10 generations doesn't make the cut due to nuanced horse facial recognition.
