It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

How do we turn your photo into a superhero portrait?

Each portrait begins with your uploaded photo. We use advanced AI to seamlessly merge it with the superhero theme. Our artists meticulously refine the details, ensuring accurate expressions and vibrant backgrounds. Around 1 in 10 initial renditions are set aside to guarantee the highest quality. This results in a one-of-a-kind masterpiece printed on museum-quality canvas.

Why is this superhero canvas unlike any other?

Unlike generic superhero prints, this portrait is uniquely yours. Each order imbues your child's likeness into a hero's world, with themes changing biannually for exclusivity. Because we retire themes to maintain rarity, no two canvases are quite alike.
