I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Become Your Own Royal Family in Portrait

Step back into an era of opulence and grandeur with our Custom Royal Family Portrait. Crown your loved ones with jewel-studded regalia and seat them on thrones that ooze majesty and timelessness. The colors are all about deep reds, rich golds, and the luxe of velvet backdrops.

The perfect gift for those who relish in fantasy and enjoy seeing themselves in a world of elegance and noble grace. Who wouldn't want a hint of royal flair on their living room wall?

TL;DR: Turn your family photo into a museum-worthy royal portrait. Ideal for family-oriented occasions like anniversaries, Christmas, or the new year. Great for regal decor or unique gift-giving!

Who gets the most out of a Royal Portrait?

This portrait suits families who swoon over period dramas and royal pageantry—those who want their living rooms to tell a story of nobility and charm. It's not the best choice for someone seeking minimalist or modern aesthetics, as these portraits thrive on maximalism and grandeur.

Crafting Your Royal Masterpiece

We begin with your uploaded family photo, employing AI for facial swaps onto our regal templates. Our artists refine these transformations, ensuring that every detail, from crown luster to tapestry texture, is perfect. Our head of production, Maya Chen, notes that about 1 in 12 images requires extra love to perfectly capture the royal essence.

Why a Royal Portrait Stands Out

Unlike generic canvas prints, our royal portraits are one-of-a-kind, capturing your family's true essence in regal attire. Each theme is unique, retired after six months to enhance exclusivity, making your portrait a rare piece of art.
